Eighth Meditation: January 15 - January 22

This week we continue to activate the higher centers in the national consciousness, working with the energies of the throat chakra: self-expression, truthfulness, candor, will, lucid dreaming and conscious self-direction.

Please Note: I realize that we're working through the higher centers "out of order" - but this is how I was directed!
