We finish the process of activating the higher centers - this week concentrating on the solar plexus chakra - which provides the impetus, energy and fuel for change.

Ninth Meditation: January 22 - January 29

Activating the solar plexus chakra. This energy is easily abused – used to force one’s will onto the outer world. Often this center is considered one of the three “lower” chakras – to be transcended as we traverse the ladder of consciousness. But, when it is tempered with compassion and perception (from the heart center and the third eye) it can be a powerful engine for change.
