Fourth Meditation: October 22, 2006 - October 28, 2006

This week we concentrate on seeing through lies and manipulation - to see the truth that lies at the heart of circumstances and people. We do this by acting as channels for energy from the Ascended Masters - using the the "third eye" or Ajna chakra.
